Dr. Joseph Sheridan

Dr. Sheridan ("Dr. Joe") became interested in chiropractic at an early age after a basketball injury sidelined him and he experienced first-hand the benefits of chiropractic care.  The success of the treatment amazed him and the experience firmly established his desire to pursue a career as a chiropractor.

Dr. Sheridan received his Bachelors degree in Zoology/Pre-Medical from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, CA.  While there, Dr. Sheridan was a teaching assistant as well as a member of the Delta Tau Alpha chapter of the Delta Sigma Scholastic Society of the Healing Arts.

Growing up in Massachusetts, Dr. Sheridan always loved the South Coast area and he and his wife relocated here soon after completing his Doctorate.  He has been practicing chiropractic in Fairhaven for close to ten years.  As a father to an active toddler and a new baby, in his spare time he likes to sleep.

Board certified in California and Massachusetts, Dr. Sheridan continues to be an avid proponent of the wellness model and speaks frequently to various groups on the benefits of chiropractic and its place in a healthy lifestyle.
