Dr. Joseph Sheridan

Growing up in Massachusetts, Dr. Sheridan always loved the South Coast area and he and his wife relocated here soon after completing his Doctorate.  He has been practicing chiropractic in Fairhaven for close to ten years.  As a father to 2 school age children, in his spare time he likes to sleep.

Board certified in California and Massachusetts, Dr. Sheridan continues to be an avid proponent of the wellness model and speaks frequently to various groups on the benefits of chiropractic and its place in a healthy lifestyle.

Lori Howes, Licensed Reflexologist

She is a member of both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Associations for Reflexology.  As a longtime Yoga practitioner (and registered Yoga Teacher) Lori understands the importance of stress reduction in achieving balance and health in the body.

“I discovered Reflexology in 2005. I knew nothing about it but became curious about how it differed from other complimentary therapies. I couldn’t imagine how working on the bottoms of someone’s feet could relieve stress? I was having problems with digestion and anxiety at the time and gave it a try. I was hooked after my first experience. I couldn’t believe how relaxed I was during and after the first session. The experience started my education in Reflexology and the various ways it aids the body in healing itself.”

Lori now works full time as a Certified Reflexologist and Yoga Teacher where she is dedicated to helping people reduce stress and find balance and healing in body and mind.

“I’ve found that balance in body and mind is a life-long process and as I continue my own journey toward balance and wellness through experience and training, I am passionate about helping others become aware of the benefits in their own lives.”
